We're currently seeking an ambitious and driven Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our footprint in the Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan territories.

Job Description

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding our market share, and driving our sales growth. Your primary focus will be on cold calling and prospecting, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively managing your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Territory Management: Develop a thorough understanding of your assigned territory, including key customers and competitive landscape.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our products and services.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in Outside Sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and a proactive approach to finding and developing new business.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
