Entry Level: Event Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to completion.
Support the logistics of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and equipment rentals.
Aid in creating event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Assist with coordinating event staffing, including volunteers and temporary personnel.
Assist with managing event budgets and expenses, tracking invoices and receipts.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop promotional materials and event signage.
Maintain accurate records and files related to events, including attendee lists and contact information.
Handle inquiries and provide information to event attendees and participants as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when dealing with schedules and budgets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
