The Talent Acquisition Coordinator I works in collaboration with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Specialists and Candidates to ensure an efficient and compliant onboarding experience for all internal employees.
EssentialDutiesand Responsibilities:
- Serves as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator subject matter expert
- Performs and certifies completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for all hire types
- Ensures timely submission and collection of all new hire paperwork
- Provides consistent and thorough communication with hiring managers and candidates
- Collaborates and communicates effectively with Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Partners effectively with other departments to ensure an efficient hiring process
- Certifies an overall successful candidate onboarding experience
- Verifies complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilities
- Exhibits organization across all tasks and full ability to follow processes
- Consistently meets coordinating metrics
- Provides education as needed on onboarding process
- Identifies process improvement initiatives and provides solutions
- Performs other duties as assigned and/or necessary
MinimumRequirements:
- Bachelor’sDegreepreferred
- Computerproficiency,includingMSOffice,Internet,andemail
- Mustbeenergetic,highlymotivated,andabletoworkinafast-pacedenvironment
- Mustbeorganized,detail-oriented,andabletoefficientlyhandlemultipletasksatonce
- Abilitytoeffectivelyelicit/provideinformationtoandfromappropriateindividuals(including,but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills required;proficiencyinthe Englishlanguagemaybe required
