Our Operation Managers in Training combine their passion for health and fitness with motivational leadership, independent problem solving, strong communication skills, and exceptional customer service to create an environment that will help as many people as possible achieve the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Looking for a driven and dedicated individual to motivate staff and improve the overall performance of the club. Ability to work at one of 14 locations across the state.
Job Details:
You will be mentored to take over your own club by an experienced Operation Manager on how to hire, train and develop employees; how to create a clean, fun and friendly environment. These things are done by training and motivating employees, resolving all membership issues, updating past-due accounts, managing payroll and supply budgets, and upholding company standards.
A typical work week consists of 40 hours (8-hour shifts), weekends required.
Hourly Pay: $15-$16 plus commission. (Promotion to Operations Manager comes with hourly pay increase, higher commission rates)
Job Requirements:
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Customer service experience preferred, but not required
