Tuesday 4:00 to 9:00
Stay through dinner volume.
Oversees the staff and operations of a bar by making sure it’s clean, functioning efficiently and inviting for customers to relax in. Their main duties include managing and resolving customer complaints and ensuring the bar’s inventory is well-stocked. Touching tables and speaking with guests to ensure they had an enjoyable experience. Holding staff accountable for shift work, table turnover and management, cutting staff when it pertains to business needs, and checking in with Restaurant Manager on how service and business was executed.
May fill in more hours with weekend event bartending.
