Entry Level Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Involve in Gathering Requirements, Documentation, Business Requirements Mapping, Requirements Management, designing custom applications, and a strong ability to analyze business processes and define optimal procedures for a successful implementation.
• Involve in UML modeling for designing Use Cases, Flowcharts, Business Process Modeling, and Workflow diagrams.
• Preparing EPICs and user stories from requirements and getting validation and due dates from business owners.
• Participate in Prioritizing and managing projects and initiatives under the requirements of CMS business needs.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Computer science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• Good understanding of gathering business requirements from business owners and SMEs through interviews and discussions, and reviewing existing documents.
• Good Knowledge in creating BRD and FRS documents, User stories, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Good knowledge in testing teams in the translation of requirements into test cases and ensured application architecture and systems functionality met business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
