The Leidos Health Mission Solutions division is seeking an entry-level BI Developer with business analyst capabilities for Management Information Central Repository Systems using an Oracle data structure and operating in a hybrid Windows and Linux Cloud/On-premises environment for a program supporting the Federal Office of Child Support Services. You will be handling massive amounts of structured and unstructured data design, and develop SSRS 2016, and SSRS 2019, and provide ad-hoc data queries with Oracle 19c.
Although primarily remote, candidate needs to be able to go into the Baltimore, MD office as needed so local candidates are preferred. Relocation assistance is not available.
Must have lived in the U.S. for the past three (3) years to be considered.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients to gather requirements and create design specifications.
Perform data analysis and data validation.
Design, develop, implement, and performance tuning of SSRS 2016 reports.
Write and maintain SQL queries, Data load scripts, and procedures (designing, coding, performance tuning).
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem analysis, and resolution.
Monitor application health (e.g., proactive and reactive responses, activity, and utilization).
Evaluate and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
Build skills towards AWS cloud-native, serverless tools and provide optimal solutions.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with SSRS Report Development versions 2016 or 2019.
Experience with integrating SSRS Reports with SharePoint 2016.
Ability to write/understand complex SQL queries.
Proven team collaboration.
Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience in requirements gathering.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in using an issue-tracking system (Jira preferred).
Experience working with federal clients, preferably ACF/HHS.
AWS cloud experience.
Exposure to other BI tools like Tableau, QuickSight etc.
Working experience or familiarity with AWS data analytics tools like Redshift, EMR, AWS Data Lake, AWS Glue, AWS Athena, Lambda, AWS Data Pipeline and S3.
All candidates on the Health and Human Services (HHS) programs must have lived in the United States for the past three (3) consecutive years.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $53,950.00 - $97,525.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
