What the company needs in a Power BI Developer & Business Analyst
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, SSRS/SSMS, Power BI and proven experience gathering data from various sources and data sets
- Versatile in terms of technical and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working diverse data sets and gathering and migrating using a variety of resources – automation and scripting is a big plus
- Candidates with experience using Extend or Infor will get immediate consideration; some exposure to ERP systems is required
What would I be doing as a Power BI Developer & Business Analyst?
- Maintain and improve existing database while assisting with creating and refining weekly and monthly reports defined by stakeholders
- Mining, cleaning and maintaining data in SQL utilizing API and SSRS/SSMS and visualizing in Power BI and SSRS/SSMS
- Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide reports in a timely manner
- Collaborate with an in-person team and interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Automate processes and reporting using PowerShell, Power Apps, Python, R etc. as needed
