Entry Level Automotive Accounts Receivable Administrator - 1765

We're seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivables clerk with knowledge of the following tasks:

• Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the reconciliation of open accounts
  2. Collects AR from vendors
  3. Researches and resolves account discrepancies
  4. Posts and reconciles all account receivable payments
  5. Submits deposit to financial institutions
  6. Responds to vendor inquires in a timely and professional manner
  7. Communicates with department managers in an effort to clear open items
  8. Maintains accurate accounting schedules
• Qualifications
  1. Individuals employed in this position must be able to understand accounting principles including debits and credits
  2. Individuals employed in this position must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and management
  3. Individuals employed in this position must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  4. Individuals employed in this position must be able to read, and generally analyze and interpret relevant business periodical, professional journals, technical procedures and/or government regulations and write reports and general business correspondence.
  5. Individuals employed in this position must demonstrate sufficient computer literacy
  6. Individuals employed in this position must have excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills; cultural sensitivity and demonstrates ability to work with diverse people groups
  7. Individuals employed in this position must possess a positive attitude and commitment to adhere to and administer company policies, procedures and standards
  8. CDK and/or Dealership/Automotive Cashier experience is a plus!***
