The Customer Engineering Operations Team is looking for an experienced Engineering Ops Analyst Senior to work out of our headquarters in San Diego. Working with multiple internal worldwide Engineering teams. This position will serve in a critical role, ensuring that agreements supporting JTR IOT services are executed, tracked, documented, and providing project status. This position also will support the Auto BU in preparing, loading, and calibrating test equipment (UE), MTP/CDP tracking, delivery and inventory management, and Customer Lab Admin, reservations, cleanings, and schedules. This position will be based in San Diego, no travel needs expected.

This includes assisting internal and external customers by providing support for data entry & analysis in multiple business systems and responding to basic email questions from internal and external customers. Candidate will be responsible for the following tasks and activities:
- JTR IOT and Lab conformance test results documentation support
Support JTR IOT and Lab conformance test results documents per executed agreement. This includes actively interfacing with external IOT infrastructure vendors and POCs to secure, release and distribute JTR IOT documents as needed based on customer entitlements.
Support JTR IOT test results. This includes interfacing with internal worldwide teams and POCs to secure, consolidate and archive all JTR IOT documents prior to infrastructure vendor approval submission. Technology Areas involved for JTR IOT results 2G (GSM, GPRS, EGPRS), 3G (WCDMA, HSDP, HSUPA, SUPL), 4G (LTE-FDD, LTE-TDD, eMBMS, VoLTE, SUPL) and 5G NR JTR IOT results.
- Customer Lab Admin support
Responsible for responding to customers request internally and externally for their testing lab support, scheduling all Customer Engineering (CE) labs and documentation. Must be able to work in a team environment and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Work as an overall Customer Engineering (CE) Lab Admin supporting customers for all their lab needs.
- Managing Internal QC HW Inventory support
Responsible for all CE MTPs, CDPs, ADPs and testing accessories handling - Trak, record (check in and check out HW) and process inventory in Tag Trakker. Assist and support all CE engineers with all their HW requests. Create process flows and Issue periodic inventory reports.
- Automotive Lab Tech support
Responsible for Device Flashing, prepare devices and software build loading into reference devices.
- Collaborate with worldwide teams ensuring project execution and providing improvements to agreement process within Qualcomm.
- Execute projects for timely resolution while accurately maintaining project status for presentation to leads.
- Ability to spot and report any issues that would prevent project initiation
- Pro-actively drive engagement for new initiatives/projects with the goal of timely implementation.

Minimum Qualifications Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR Associate's degree or equivalent with 4 years of relevant work experience OR High School diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
1+ years experience in data management and analysis in Excel or other programs.
2+ years experience supporting Engineering Operations, project, or program management.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certification (PMP, Six Sigma, Finance).
- 2+ years experience in data management and analysis in Excel or other programs.
- 3+years experience supporting Engineering Operations, project or program management.
