Hourly pay is set at $20 per hour.
Role overview
The Operations Analyst Intern, will work under the direct supervision of the Customer Support Manager, and is responsible for collecting and analyzing data to enhance the efficiency of our business processes.
Accolade's Internship begins Monday, June 10, 2024 and will last through Friday, August 16, 2024.
This role follows our hybrid workplace model and this intern is expected onsite at the office location listed at a minimum of 3 days per week. Relocation is not available at this time.
A day in the life...
• Facilitate the identification of various communications and touch points that could contribute to enhancing the overall patient experience
• Analyze collected data and present findings to key stakeholders
• Propose solutions to drive business efficiency
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders
• Own projects from the start of research through solution proposal
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other software solutions to prepare documents and presentations
• Perform other assigned duties
What we are looking for (requirements)
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's educational program
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• You're flexible: You prefer a fast-paced and dynamic environment and are agile and comfortable enough to keep up as plans change and evolve.
Utilize Microsoft Office and other software solutions to prepare documents and
presentations
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Demonstrate data analytics skills
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and initiatives, including developing project plans, identifying key stakeholders, identifying milestones, deadlines, and metrics to assess outcomes
