ICF is seeking a detail-oriented Energy Analyst to support clients and projects on the Beneficial Electrification team in our Commercial Energy Division. Beneficial Electrification programs promote the displacement of fossil-fueled equipment with electric-powered equipment for clients and their customers. Examples of these programs include Fleet Electrification Advisory Services, Electric Vehicle (EV) and Electric Vehicle Support Equipment (EVSE) Incentive programs, EVSE infrastructure solutions, and Building Electrification Services. By supporting these programs, you will help customers save money and reduce emissions while also growing utility electricity sales.
You will provide a variety of support including data analysis and reporting, fleet electrification assessments, program development and implementation, incentive application processing, and customer and trade ally outreach for Beneficial Electrification/EV programs.

What you will be doing:
- Support operations for Beneficial Electrification and EV programs, including assisting with generating internal/client reports, application processing, and invoicing
- Conduct and deliver fleet assessments to evaluate the financial and environmental impacts of on-road and non-road electrification
- Research and track electrification policies, grants, and incentives
- Collaborate with program team members and cross functional teams to support program success
- Analyze market trends, partners, and technologies to improve program delivery
- Conduct outreach and develop relationships and partnerships with local, regional, and national market partners
What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degrees in Business, Sustainability, Environment, Communications, Policy or related fields with 1+ year(s) of work experience within Electrification, Transportation, Energy Efficiency, data analysis, consulting, policy or related experience OR
- 5+ years work experience within Electrification, Transportation, Energy Efficiency, data analysis, consulting, policy or related fields
