Job Description:
At EnerBank, the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding telephone support to customers regarding their account activity. This role will also process customer loan payments, correspondence, and other paperwork to effectively service the bank's loans.
EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides telephone support for the customers, including counseling regarding loan accounts
  • Documents conversations with customers and actions taken
  • Takes escalated calls regarding customer questions that require additional research
  • Processes customer maintenance requests
  • Aids in researching payment discrepancies
  • Assists in customer disputing balances
  • Prepares customer account letters
  • Processes adjustments to customer accounts as requested by collections or management
  • Maintains loans, queues, and necessary reports

This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED

Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail

  • This position is only available onsite in Salt Lake City or Provo, Utah. Post training period a hybrid schedule of in office and offsite work is possible.
  • A full time schedule of 40 hours, Monday through Friday during business hours is expected.
