SalaryEmpire Wine is seeking qualified individuals (18 years of age or older) to fill a part time Wine and Spirits Team Member position in our high volume, fast paced retail store.
The team member should be passionate, outgoing and strive to provide the highest level of customer service to all customers. Candidates should have at least one year experience in the wine and liquor industry, with a willingness to learn and grow within the retail alcohol beverage industry.
Minimum Requirements include but are not limited to:
-Knowledge and background in wine and spirits.
-Ability to preform the physical requirements of the position including standing for 8-10 hours per day, frequent bending down, climbing/descending ladders and repeatedly lifting cases of 30lbs
-Must be able to work independently, develop and build customer relations in order to maximize repeat visits.
-Ability to engage and communicate with customers in a prompt and professional manner
- Must be dependable. Morning shifts start and 7am, evening shifts can go until 11pm with the ability work one weekend shift.
Team members duties will include but are not limited to:
-Assisting and making recommendations of wine and spirits to our customers
-Stocking Shelves
-Keeping accurate inventory
-Maintenance of the store to ensure cleanliness and organization at all times to ensure company standards.
-Make yourself available for a Wine education class once a month after store hours.
YOU MUST:
- Have superior customer service skills
-Be able to lift 30+lbs consecutively for an entire shift
-The ability to work a weekend shift and holidays
-Have previous experience in the food and beverage industry.
-Be able to provide references showing experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.01 per hour
