Position Objective

A role for an experienced email and SMS marketer who will be responsible for communications to independent consultants (B2B) and for end consumers (B2B2C). This position requires an all-hands approach, skilled enough to stage a SMS, a single email, automated campaign or a series of journeys targeting different audiences and analyzing and reporting on its effectiveness periodically. Requires occasional design and copywriting skills.

Specific Accountability

• Partner with communications, creative and product teams to create and execute marketing emails and campaigns for our salesforce and our end customers.
• Build ad-hoc emails weekly for key communications for both B2B, B2B2C, and B2C segments
• Build automatic emails (abandoned cart and browsing behavior)
• SMS implementation and support as part of our communication strategy
• Collaborate with other marketing peers and team members from other departments on the strategy for product tracking offered
• Email communication in 2 countries (US and Canada) and 3 languages (English, Spanish, French)
• Develop and Email A/B testing strategy
• Develop, implement, execute and analyze the strategies for “on-behalf of” independent consultant (B2B2C) communication
• Manage day to day relationship with email vendor with a strong collaboration with IT to define process and procedures for data integration amongst systems and key projects.
• Owns and helps shape email and SMS request process making sure there are clear and measurable KPIs for every email requested
• Reports performance of campaigns to stakeholders recurrently to secure effective use of resources.
• Ensure the database is accurate and segmented effectively to enable targeted marketing activities. Good understanding of relational data
• Keep up to date and complaint with regulations for email and SMS communications within US and CA and opt in and opt out process and strategy
• Create emails for use across multiple channels for automation/personalization

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in administration, marketing, or business. Or equivalent work experience as email/digital marketing.
• 5 years of recent experience with email and SMS marketing
• Good comprehension and experience with CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA for email and TCPA for SMS
• Knowledge of UX and content strategies
• Multi-language brand templates (with HTML and CSS) creation that involves dynamic data
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) – Professional proficiency
• B2B experience (communicating with dealers, vendors, distributors, salesforce)
• Experience using Klaviyo email and SMS to communicate with 2M+ contacts
• Experience using Jira, Trello, or similar project management tools

Salary: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
