Email Marketing Manager

Nekter Juice Bar is looking for a talented individual who has excellent analytical and project management skills to recommend and drive new digital programs. This position will contribute to Nekter Juice Bar's marketing success. This awesome person will be responsible for content creation and email automation and sending. The ideal candidate should have experience implementing and managing successful digital programs in a fast-paced environment and will execute the full cycle of digital marketing projects from digital concepts through full-cycle online marketing programs.

• Lead the development and execution of Email Marketing and CRM initiatives to optimize acquisition, retention, win-back, personalization, and promotional strategies
• Handle the day-to-day program mechanics of executing Email Marketing plans, including managing the promotional calendar
• Analyze customer data, identify customer segments, define actionable segments, and implement test and control groups to refine and scale campaigns in order to create strategic initiatives
• Manage and optimize ongoing trigger communications to drive enhanced revenue from existing customer base
• Work with the marketing team and other departments to manage direct marketing efforts to support acquisition and retention strategies among various target groups, including integrated marketing campaigns as well as seasonal and other initiatives
• Use data-backed measurement and analysis to constantly test, refine and scale campaigns
• Assist marketing cross-functional team in developing future phases and enhancements for the program
• Monitor competitor and best-in-class CRM and Email programs, testing and adopting best practices to continuously improve program performance and value

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in email, loyalty, CRM, or related marketing activities
• Familiarity with CRM, Email Marketing, Email and Digital Marketing
• Analytical thinker who can set and evaluate program KPIs
• Adaptable/flexible personality who can handle the ever-changing demands of the position and work in both strategic and executional capacities
• Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to influence others without direct control
• Detail oriented with ability to execute logistical tasks
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, energetic and positive personality, team player, forward-thinking, detail oriented, enthusiastic

As required by applicable Pay Transparency Laws, Nekter Juice Bar provides a range of compensation for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location or other relevant factors.

The pay range for this role is: $70,000-90,000/year
