Electronics Process Engineer
Our client in Troy, Michigan, is seeking a self-motivated Electronics Process Engineer to assist with process development, design activities, process support, and facility/equipment maintenance activities.
Our client is seeking full-time candidates with the following qualifications:
Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent Electronics Manufacturing Experience
Working knowledge of Electronic Process Development and Programming
At least three years in Electronics Manufacturing or Design
The ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, technical instructions, Bills of Material and Quality standards
Experience or familiarity with SMT, Selective Soldering, Wave Soldering, Coating and Mechanical/Box Build assembly processes are not required but preferred.
Responsibilities include:
Creating and defining Electronic Manufacturing procedures and processes in accordance with all applicable regulatory and workmanship requirements
Supporting New Product Introduction with Design Engineering and Customers
Performing Equipment Programming, Manage Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Programs
Design and coordination of production tooling and process development
Creating and updating Operator Process Documentation including Training
Problem resolution and continuous improvement activities
