Electrical Technician

We Specialize In Low Voltage Electrical, Data System Cabling, monitoring, and installing systems for electronic equipment and communication devices. We require our technicians to have the knowledge to analyze blueprints and schematics to connect the cables safely and accurately.
•Cabling and conduit installation (run and terminate cables, including Cat5/6, power, fiber CCTV, VOIP, and analog\digital voice)
• Provide testing, analysis, and repair of video, voice, and Data Systems (i.e., electronic devices such as gateways, routers, hubs, NIC cards, and telephone switches)
• Test and Inspect Low Voltage Switchgear and Switchboards to applicable standards.
• Use multi-meter and electrical theory to verify power readings and circuit design to ensure proper wiring and operation.
• Use hand tools and various other tools to aid in testing.
• Maintain and input records or reports related to testing/inspecting activities.
• Installing, terminating, and dressing low-voltage cabling at client job sites.
• Assist in the build-out and configuration of Infrastructure Rack Equipment rooms
• Troubleshoot miscellaneous cabling and connectivity
• Must dress in Job site appropriate clothing meaning a collared four-button shirt, jeans, and closed toe shoes.

- REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTRICIAN TECHNICIAN:

At least 2 years of electrician technician, wiring, CCTV, fire alarm, and/or cabling.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Must be able to travel to local job sites.

- REQUIREMENTS FOR LEAD TECHNICIAN:

At least 5 years of electrician technician, wiring, CCTV, fire alarm, and/or cabling.

At least 2 years of management experience.

*FIRE ALARM EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS*

Authorized to work in the United States.

Must be able to travel to local job sites.
