Job Description: We are on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Estimator/Operations Manager to join our to join our entity Budget Electrical Contractors, Inc (BEC). BEC Electric, based in Redlands, CA, specializes in commercial, K-12 schools, federal, and utility electrical projects. Known for our commitment to excellence and innovative solutions, we cater to a diverse clientele with a range of challenging projects
This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines expertise in both estimating and operational management in the electrical sector. In this dual role, you will not only contribute to our estimating and operations but also share in the success of BEC Electric through an equity share program.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed electrical project estimates ranging from $10,000 to $5,000,000.
Analyze project documentation to prepare comprehensive cost, labor, and material estimates.
Manage active construction operations to ensure project completion within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors and clients, for effective project delivery.
Lead the estimating and operations team, promoting professional development and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in electrical estimation within commercial, federal, and utility sectors.
Familiarity with industry-standard estimation software and MS Office Suite.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities and team management experience.
Relevant educational background in electrical engineering, construction management, or related fields.
