Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer seeking an exciting career move? Our client, a long standing engineering firm specializing in water/wastewater projects, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and clients to ensure compliance with code requirements and design exceptional electrical systems.
- Develop designs for power, lighting, instrumentation, and controls tailored to various water/wastewater projects.
- Research available equipment, specify project needs, and monitor costs throughout the design phases.
- Coordinate design schedules with process, HVAC, mechanical, administrative, and equipment supplier disciplines.
- Perform periodic site observations and fulfill contract service agreement requirements.
Qualifications:
- Possess 5+ years of experience in electrical power and/or SCADA design and construction.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, AutoCAD MEP, and Revit.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Possess a Wisconsin PE or Designer of Engineering Systems license
- Show enthusiasm for consulting work and have prior experience in municipal water and wastewater markets, including an understanding of electrical aspects.
