Job Description:
KNOWLEDGE
The Contractor, Operations Tools, and Systems Training should have a broad understanding of general LNG Operations. Contractor, Operations Tools and Systems, Training, needs to have in-depth change management skills, content development skills, organizational skills, communication skills, critical thinking and understanding of essential business processes to yield significant benefits enterprise-wide.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Under the direction of the Director, Operations Tools and Systems, the Contractor, Operations Tools and Systems, Training:
· Designs and develops required animated training programs/content for Corporate Operations, Pipeline, HSE, Environmental and E&C groups.
· Assist Asset Training with any content development training needs that may arise.
· Provides support and guidance for corporate required training to be delivered across Operations, HSE, Environmental and E&C.
· Facilitate alignment sessions with operational assets, identify opportunities for improvements and work with asset training managers to deliver expectations and alignment opportunities where applicable.
· Have knowledge and understanding of the Training Standard and implement requirements for Operations Support, Pipeline, HSE, Environmental and E&C.
· Ensure utilization and usage of required governing implementation process documents when changes to or new training programs arise.
· Develops project training matrix when a new training is being deployed.
· Develops project needs/impact analysis when a new training project is requested within Operations, Pipeline, HSE, Environmental or E&C.
· Creates scoping document if changes occur to an existing Operations, Pipeline, HSE, Environmental or E&C training project.
· Monitor and Track training help desk tickets to ensure workload is being upkept.
· Monitor/update Annual Training Schedule for Operations, Pipeline, HSE, Environmental and E&C training when needed.
· Conducts/participates in frequent meetings with stakeholders to obtain progress/updates on training programs.
· Provide weekly status updates to Director, Operations Tools, and Systems.
· Collaborate with Enterprise Training personnel using Cheniere’s training management system to monitor, track and analyze progress of Operations Support, Pipeline Operations, HSE, Environmental and E&C adherence to compliance and business requirements.
· Have a working understanding and basic skills of the training system to ensure coverage for training system requirements specific to Operations Support, Pipeline Operations, HSE, Environmental and E&C.
· Support enhancements and upgrades by testing Cheniere’s training management system as it relates to Operations Support, Pipeline Operations, HSE, Environmental and E&C.
- Assist in the development, execution and evaluation of change strategies and initiatives including communication, coaching, and training plans, Change Management roadmaps, measurement, and sustainment plan.
· Create resources to help drive the change, and help leaders identify issues or obstacles to implementing change.
· Support the coordination and planning of change related functions in support of IT and the business.
· Support and execute assigned assurance related activities required towards attaining operational excellence.
· Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Change Management Certification preferred.
Experience: minimum 5 years or more of related experience.
Skills/Competencies:

- Capable of executing multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy on short notice.

- Knowledge of and strong ability to use the following software: Articulate, Vyond and Camtasia.
- Strong documentation abilities, including business specifications, project plans, reporting, presentations (PowerPoint), system diagrams (Visio), SharePoint, Microsoft Suite of programs, etc.

Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
