Job Description:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Participate in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) enhancement life cycle of planning, designing, developing, testing, end user testing, implementation, training and support. Provides users with access and support for various EHR paltforms. Troubleshoots HL7 and XML for our LIS system. Trains users and provides consultation on new products for EHR and current system. Provides general EHR support to users (Billing, Credentialing, Clinical, HIM, Business, and Medical) functions Completes billing setup inclusing but not limited to: Guarantor Fee Definitions, Standard Fee Definitions, CCBHC & CMHC Setup, Guarantor Setup, Program Setup, Benefit Plan Setup, Service Code Setup. Completes some SQL Report writing Provides implemnation support and assstiance Other job duties not stated above.

EDUCATION
- Associates degree in Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience with high school diploma.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Two years in IT, EHR and Healthcare Operations with Associate degree; five years experience with high school diploma or GED.
- Experience using an electronic health record
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience working with MyAvatar is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel or Google docs
- Experience with design of structured documents and templates for clinicians
- Experience working with professionals
