Location: Multiple Kid's Dentistree, Braces Braces Braces, and Oral & Facial Surgery Group practices within the Louisville and Southern Indiana area.
In conjunction with Regional Leadership, this role would support the ongoing development of
referral relationships within the Region as well as managing the Region's flex team, LIFT program,
and yearly continuing education strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading efforts to improve doctor relationships, thus increasing utilization of MDP specialty/services and ensuring that annual budget targets are met. Communicates referring doctor issues to management in a timely manner and ensures that a resolution and follow up communication is provided. Interacts with practice leaders and Doctors to ensure thorough understanding of MDP specialty service offerings.
  • Involvement in GP doctor onboarding. Schedule a welcome call with new doctors to introduce them to our SPC brands. Hand deliver our Welcome kits which include information about all our Specialists to all GP Providers. Proactive communication with the SPC practices to ensure we are making connections with the new and existing GP Providers. Perform yearly feedback
    surveys of the SPC doctors to the GPs.
  • Overall management of the SPC flex team. Including - interviewing, hiring, performance management, scheduling, etc.
  • Ownership of the SPC LIFT program, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, follow up during training, and transitioning to a practice level role if applicable. In addition - working directly with practice teams and LIFT trainers to ensure alignment and overall successful outcome of the program.
  • In coordination with the Revenue cycle management team, proper maintenance of Ortho billing manual and standard operating procedures. This includes updates to the Medicaid claim process, noting any MDP updates within SOPs, etc.
  • Plan and help execute on quarterly Specialty CE offerings. This includes working with Providers and/or teams, our L&D team, Marketing and Operations. Additionally, communicating offerings to the appropriate audience and driving attendance numbers.
  • Other projects, special assignments, etc. as directed by the RP or RDOs.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years Leadership experience
  • 1-3 years dental experience (preferred)
