*Work from home is an option with this role, training in clinic for the first 90 days* Do you enjoy: Providing tech support to software problems while offering excellent customer service as answering helpdesk calls Working with Portal functions such as maintaining reminders and patient surveys Troubleshooting problems and providing instructions for a successful connection with the telehealth platform. Being detailed orientated with responding to IT tickets and effectively resolving issues within our EHR system. Experience: Providing tier 1 support within an EHR Program IT Experience Knowledge of computer troubleshooting Associates degree/certificate or similar on the job experience preferred but not required Check Out These Perks!
