This role falls under Aon’s Early Career Development program, known as Launch. Building on the development colleagues receive in the role they are hired into, the Launch program is a supplemental development program for recent college recruits to mentor and develop future leaders of the firm. The 10-month development program begins every summer and includes in-person sessions, networking opportunities, self-study and global leader calls.

This role will work as a core part of the Communications & Engagement Team within the Consumer Benefit Solutions Team. Your impact as a Presentation Content Specialist with focus on presentation

• Produce compelling and valuable benefits curriculum through Power Point presentations, read and understand business documents
• Read and understand business documents and prepare presentation designs accordingly
• Prepare presentation decks, templates, and voiceover scripts
• Continuously discover and implement new functions and industry’s best practices to improve efficiency
• Work within short turnaround time to prepare crisp and concise visually appealing businesses presentations, images and infographics
• Prioritizing tasks based on deadline proximity

They create, edit and deliver On-Demand Webinar presentations that go directly to our clients. This digital communication process involves strategic assessments of the health care market, key trends and the identification of new and innovative solutions. The creative and collaborative skills Presentation Content Specialist bring to this process are essential for writing engaging, results-driven communication materials for our clients to help them achieve desired outcomes.

Presentation Content Specialists are often involved with the following projects, which support our clients' annual and ongoing benefits education needs.

• Participate in client and internal meetings, either in-person or virtually, to discuss Aon’s point of view and provide strategic consulting.
• Gather and analyze reports and other presentations tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances of the presentation.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare information to facilitate requirements of client requests and/or support the activities of the aligned client consultant.
• Ability to work as an integral part of a team, cultivating relationships, and working independently or with minimal direction.
• Create content to be delivered through print, online, and mobile channels.
• Demonstrate good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Creative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Work or internship experience – Design experience not required
• Involvement in your community, extracurricular activities and leadership experience
• Individuals with experience delivering accurate, timely and engaging messages, through print and online channels.
• Project related experience, and effective interpersonal and time management skills
• Strong understanding of graphic design, including projects showcasing a focus on communication mediums
• Create highly polished visual designs that leverage and extend established brand standards
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Bachelor’s Degree with major in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related degree preferred, but open to other majors. 

Applicants for this role should graduate between Spring 2023 to Spring 2024 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.

The target salary range for this position is $63,000 to $66,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
