Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Social Media strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
• Create and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Drive to job sites to capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing our projects, work culture, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Develop visually appealing and informative content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Regularly update and maintain Social Media profiles with fresh, relevant content.
• Schedule posts and coordinate content calendars to ensure consistent and timely communication.
• Monitor Social Media channels for industry trends, news, and community engagement opportunities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze the performance of Social Media campaigns using analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and project management, to align Social Media efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Social Media management and Content creation.
• Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to capture and edit compelling visuals.
• Proficient in using Social Media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry-related trends and best practices.
