Job Description:
We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to join our dynamic E-Commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels across various platforms. With at least one year of relevant experience, the candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our online presence, driving sales, and contributing to our overall growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process daily orders received from multiple channels.
- Revitalize our Amazon Brand Store, Shopify, Wal-Mart, and Wayfair...etc. presence,.
- Craft and refresh Enhanced A+ Content for Amazon.
- Innovate and rejuvenate product assortments and listings across our online storefronts.
- Compose and refine narratives for product offerings published on e-commerce platforms.
- Establish norms, methodologies, and leading practices for cataloging new product entries, content generation, dissemination, and upkeep.
- Contribute to auxiliary domains such as Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and social networking channels (Instagram, Facebook).
- Prepare information and research for executive needs.
- Oversee and manage all company online sales platforms, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
- Aid in market expansion and strive for excellence in customer service.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
- Plan and organize daily work schedules to engage with existing or potential sales outlets.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to online sales and marketing strategies.
- Offer general support to the rest of the team and take on additional tasks as assigned.
MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the E-Commerce industry.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Good verbal and written business communication skills in English
- Team-oriented
- Intuitive, adaptive, and creative thought process to solve problems and improve efficiency.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn.
- A quick learner who is capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and expectation points.
- Organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication, listening and problem analysis/resolution skills; adept at managing multiple projects and demands simultaneously.
- Bilingual Skill- Mandarin is a plus.
