Position Overview: Felho, a dynamic and growing brand in the D8 sector, is seeking an E-commerce and Customer Service Specialist. This role is integral to our online store operations, focusing on order processing, Customer Service, shipment coordination, liaising with sales representatives for wholesale orders, and interfacing with production for order requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process website orders, ensuring a smooth and timely transaction for customers.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate shipments, working closely with logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Liaise with sales representatives to manage and process wholesale orders.
- Communicate effectively with the production team to align order specifications and timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, Customer Service, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and basic office software.
Position: Full-time hourly
Benefits:
- Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
