E-Commerce Specialist
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily orders from Amazon and Shopify
- Manage inventory levels and forecast sales for all E-Commerce stores
- Provide effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns across channels, and across multiple channels
- Daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all Amazon Seller Central accounts for policy violations or account health warnings
- Work with the warehouse manager on RMA processes and warranties
- Assist in the replacement of mis-picked or damaged items, and keep accurate records of customer interactions, orders, errors, comments, and complaints
- Support the continued development and refinement of SOP's and metrics to drive continuous improvement in service, cost, and quality
- Proactively search online marketplaces to ensure accuracy while looking at ways to improve our brand positioning
- Pull reports from Amazon and Shopify to translate findings into insights and actionable growth tactics
- Identify issues with the online ordering process, promotion codes, and/or product descriptions and communicate to the Marketing Manager, Product Support and E-Commerce
- Learn company product line to accurately provide current product information
- Coordinate and follow up with other departments to ensure problem resolution and work together with our customer service team members to promote an environment of customer satisfaction
- Assist the marketing team in E-Commerce channel maintenance and other additional tasks
- Identify new digital trends and applications to increase brand awareness
Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience in operations or customer service role
- Strong data entry and Microsoft office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
