- Responsibilities:
- Ensure pricing, content, photos, and listings are up to date (on our website, eBay, and Etsy)
- Troubleshoot issues on the above platforms
- Conduct thorough audits of our website to identify areas for improvement in performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
- Create and maintain an appealing web experience that guides customers to relevant products, pages, information, and services
- Monitor website performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Increase quantity and quality of traffic to our website, pages, and products
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and development teams to implement website optimization strategies and improvements
- Regularly report on the impact of optimization efforts and make recommendations for further improvements
- Skills:
- Shopify experience (1-2 years+ preferred)
- Microsoft Excel (1-2 years+ preferred)
- UI/UX Design
- Web Design
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized
- Ability to code in Liquid and/or HTML (preferred but not required)
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in web optimization, SEO, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional online experiences
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
