As an E-commerce Account Manager at Eurø Style, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales growth through our various online platforms. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our e-commerce partners, optimizing product listings, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.

This position will report into the VP/GM

What you get to do every day

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with key e-commerce accounts, including but not limited to Wayfair, The Container Store, Houzz and many key ecommerce accounts.
  • Manage daily eCommerce activities: including inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
  • Promote the continuous development and improvement of existing online strategies and marketing programs of the account.
  • Identify new and emerging opportunities, trends, and insights.
  • Must review customer’s website daily with major competitors to make sure we are always in leadership position.
  • Track KPI’s on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence and report opportunities and improvements.
  • Actively supervise eCommerce Specialists on newness presentations to customer portals and buyer communications, execute sku level changes and pricing strategy.
  • Work closely with head of sales of eCommerce with sales goals and forecast.
  • Lead Top Accounts with new program initiatives and present to executive teams.
  • Travel 3x annually to our showroom to Las Vegas and HD Expo to meet current and new potential customers.
  • Lead new customer on-boarding EDI processes in SPS, CommerceHub, Fabric and customer portals.

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms Wayfair, Amazon, Livingspaces and familiar with 3rd party EDI portals.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for e-commerce and a desire to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
