E-Commerce Sales & Order Processing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Ecommerce Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for customer service and possess a strong understanding of the ecommerce industry. As an Ecommerce Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional support throughout the buying process.

Responsibilities:

• Daily processing of web sales orders via Business Central platform.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, upselling products, and offering personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction and actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to provide customers with accurate and relevant information.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour
