Advanced Plumbing, Heating and Air is a Family owned and operated company, seeking a reliable Dispatcher/CSR to join our Team.
Ideal candidates will need excellent verbal and written skills, experience in a high-paced service setting, and open availability for nights & weekends. There may also be some dayshift coverage needed depending on call volume and scheduling.
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming calls, text messages, online requests and emails.
- Create Work Orders, Collect payment, make appropriate notes to Customer Accounts, communicate directly with multiple techs.
- Dispatch appropriate technicians.
- Estimate Follow Up
- Customer Satisfaction Follow Up
- Over the phone Memberships Sales
- Outbound calls for Seasonal Specials
- Identify solutions to daily problems.
- All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to changing situations and listen to feedback.
- Proficient with Computers, Service Titan experience is a plus.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- Perform under pressure and the ability to switch tasks with ease.
- A customer service-oriented mentality with attention to detail.

Training will be conducted in office for 2-3 weeks, Monday through Friday. Once training is complete, a set schedule will be created based on your strengths and company needs. Some shifts have the option to be remote/from home and we expect our CSRs to have a distraction free, quiet space to work. Applicant will grow alongside the business and be compensated accordingly. This position has a 90-day probation period, and you will be assessed throughout the training period.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
