```Duties:```
24 HOUR A DAY 7 DAYS A WEEK. 365 TOWING COMPANY .
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery status
- Dispatch drivers and coordinate logistics for efficient
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize GPS and other tracking systems to monitor provide updates to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Proficient in data entry and phone systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
