Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Agent & Dispatcher to join our team. This dual role involves being the first point of contact for our customers, providing professional and friendly assistance, as well as coordinating and dispatching service requests to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Coordinate and dispatch service requests to the appropriate personnel or department, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Monitor the progress of service requests and provide updates to customers and team members as necessary.
- Provide quotations to customers based upon findings of our field personal.
- Engage with suppliers to obtain accurate pricing of parts and sub-contracted services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests in the database.
- Liaise with team members, management, and other departments to optimize service delivery and address any issues that may arise.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes and to enhance dispatching skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support and/or dispatch or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening and clear articulation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, dispatch software, and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.

Pay: $19.70 - $23.72 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
