Position Overview: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Penco Electric & Generators is the fastest growing electrical services contractor and Generac generator dealer in the Chicagoland area. We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be our front line, friendly, enthusiastic Customer Service expert to coordinate all of our customers’ needs. This is a great role for someone who is a self-starter and enjoys a fast-paced and positive work environment.

Job Description Summary:
The CSR plays a vital role in being the first line of communication for our current and prospective customers. This role will ensure our customers are scheduled accordingly on the dispatch board and maintain clear communication with our field technicians at all points throughout the day as needed. The CSR will utilize our field management software (Service Titan) alongside excellent communication with our customers, while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming calls and service inquiries across multiple channels
- Communicating in a positive and professional manner
- Identifying and assessing the needs of our customers
- Booking appointments for our technicians and estimators
- Thorough communication and support to the entire TEAM as needed
- TEAM first mentality
- Attend regular TEAM meetings
Qualifications and Skills
- CSR experience within the trade service industry is required
- Service Titan experience is a PLUS
- Google Workspace experience is a PLUS
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a TEAM
- Punctual
- Excellent time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Coach-able & trainable
- Excellent work ethic
- Excels in written and verbal communication
