Customer Service/Dispatcher

Job Description:

We seek a high-energy, multi-tasker with excellent customer skills to work in our fast-paced office. To be able to effectively dispatch our team of technicians, as well as answer a high volume of phone calls throughout the day. This position requires a motivated, detail-oriented person who can work as a team member to ensure superior service to all our customers.

Primary Job Function: Must be able to assist the customer and book the call into an appointment. Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed—schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers. This position will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, ensuring customer needs are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Work and communicate effectively within a small office environment
• Be comfortable working with computers and numbers
• Have the ability to multitask
• Answering phones and dispatching calls to service techs
• Data entry
• Ability to communicate respectfully and in a positive manner
• Complete tasks delegated by the Dispatch Manager
• Must have the ability to adjust to rapidly changing conditions and customer demands
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills

Daily Duties:

• Take incoming customer calls
• Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received
• Dispatch Service Technicians, one call at a time.
• Respond to all messages and emails left overnight.
• Maintain the dispatch board schedule.
• Calling customers for follow-up and payments.
• Data entry of Customer info and packing slips.

Required experience:

• Computer knowledge is a must
• Service Titan preferred
• Office Experience a plus

Job Type:

• Full time ; Monday through Friday ; 8:30am - 5:00pm
