Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist customers with inquiries, order placement, and service level assignments
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our systems
- Coordinate driver schedules, including working with 3PL providers
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and ensure timely delivery
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with fleet management and shipping/receiving processes is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software for data entry
- Knowledge of courier industry is a big plus
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Dispatch/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, drivers, and partners. You will also be tasked with assisting with order processing, coordinating shipping activities, and ensuring accurate data entry.
