Customer Service/Dispatcher

This is a vital role in the customer's experience.  Responsible for providing great customer service by answering calls, resolving customer concerns and dispatching service technicians. We value our customers and employees.  Come grow with us.

This crucial role requires a dynamic individual with great customer service skills, as well as, dispatch and scheduling experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
• Create work orders
• Schedule and dispatch technicians, equipment and/or service vehicles to appropriate locations, according to customer requests.
• Monitor technicians locations using GPS to coordinate service and schedules.
• Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or service performed, charges, or any other dispatch information.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service and dispatching of technicians.
• Excellent computer and phone skills
• Highly organized with exceptional verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
• Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Must have ability to multi task and solve problems in order to meet customer's needs or issues.
