Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Carrier and Crew Captain: Manage our fleet of carriers, equipment, and the brave drivers. Implement strategic plans, navigate routes, and devise schedules for the adventurous journey of freight pickup and delivery. Ready to create on-demand solutions for our customers’ quests and expeditions!
• Compliance and Adventure Keeper: Oversee driver accountability and missions ensuring they align with DOT and CTPAT compliance. Be the guardian of operations, equipment usage, and company policies. Discipline? Only for violations!
• Problem Solver and Peacekeeper: Work with customers, vendors, management, and drivers to untangle issues that arise during your shift. Be the diplomat and strategist in the logistics battlefield.
• Data Wizard: Efficiently conjure all company and customer-related data into our magical transportation software. Keep our digital grimoires (database files) updated with mystical customer, EDI, carrier, vehicle, and driver info.
• Cross-Departmental Conductor: Harmonize with various departments to execute network driver capacity plans, balance the scales of customer service commitments, and ensure no stone is unturned in meeting customer needs.
• Communication Maestro: Ensure the flow of communication is as smooth as a river among co-workers, carriers, and customers. Promptly escalate any dragons (service issues) or safety concerns to your team for a heroic resolution.
• Safety and Compliance Champion: Work with the guardians of safety and compliance, recruiting and human resources to exceed driver retention and safety targets. Report all encounters (accidents/incidents) to the proper operations management and Safety Department.
• KPI’s Goal Achiever: Aim and hit the bullseye of assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) goals. Your targets? Loaded miles percentage, on-time service, scanning accuracy, TMW accuracy, fuel efficiency, and more!
• BLS Policy Enforcer: Be the master of knowledge, compliance, and enforcement of BLS policies, DOT and OSHA safety rules. Adhere strictly to C-TPAT best practices.
• Lifelong Learner: Attend the halls of learning and complete all assigned company development, safety, and compliance training.
• Jack-of-All-Trades: Be prepared to don many hats and perform other duties as the adventure demands!
