The Opportunity

Our Dispatchers enable our field technicians to do what they do best take care of our customers. Dispatchers serve as intermediaries between technicians and customers, often relaying messages from one to the other. This role is responsible for dispatching technicians to customers' homes, updating our customers on scheduling changes, and ensuring that urgent customer needs are handled efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 - $23.00/hour starting pay
• Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance
• 80 hours of Paid Time Off
• 6 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday month

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to urgent customer needs
• Work alongside managers to coordinate jobs across multiple technicians
• Update customers on timing changes and rescheduling as needed
• Answer and schedule incoming service calls
• Ensure timecards are completed correctly throughout each day
• Complete/schedule return service calls as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience desired, service dispatching experience strongly preferred
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to various personality types
• Friendly and welcoming phone presence

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Able to reliably commute to our office
• Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law

Location: 4236 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29405

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 10 am - 7 pm
• One Saturday per month 8 am - 4 pm
