Dispatcher/Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative. As a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns or escalate complex issues
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer data to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat

Experience:
- Previous experience in Dispatching /customer service or related field is preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information System) software is a plus
- Knowledge of fleet management systems is an asset
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively
- Experience with shipping/receiving or freight operations is beneficial
- Familiarity with the Aiken, Augusta area is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
