Dispatcher

Position Summary: The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and communicating with clients, homeowners, and the Technicians to maintain the scheduling of all projects.

The Dispatcher's primary duties include but are not limited to:

• Calling contact person upon receiving a project from Sales team, client, or Sales Assistant to schedule an appointment for testing
• Coordinating and communicating with Field Manager and Technicians to ensure proper scheduling of projects
• Communicating and coordinating with Sales Assistant to inform Sales team of status of projects as needed
• Sending work orders to Technicians
• Creating file folders for projects that have been scheduled
• Maintaining project schedule on system to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts
• Following up with all Pending/Unscheduled projects daily
• Verifying accuracy of information on work orders with clients
• Monitoring and managing system for accuracy regarding status of jobs
• Keeping management and Technicians informed of next day work schedules via daily emails at end of day
• Maintaining appointments and approved time off on Palm calendar & emailing to management daily
• Checking messages from voicemail system every morning and as necessary
• Rescheduling projects as necessary
• Answering telephone calls, conveying messages, and responding to emails in a timely manner

• Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet, Outlook, & Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to type at least 40 wpm and sit for long periods of time
• Self-starter
• High School Diploma or equivalent
