Cannabis Delivery Dispatch Manager
Position Overview:
Yellow Dream Farm is a fully vertical state of the art 30,000 sq. ft. cultivation facility based in Adelanto, CA. We are committed in growing boutique quality cannabis. Our ideal candidate will take pride in their ability to provide exceptional customer service while also assisting patients and customers navigate through order processing. We are currently seeking a self-motivated Delivery Dispatch Manager who has the capability to recommend products to fit the customer’s needs and will join our growing TEAM at Yellow Dream Farm under the "Weel" delivery division.
Responsibilities: (This list may not include all the duties assigned):
- Set-up and Process customers’ orders using POS and Routing applications, including but not limited to Medow, OnFleet and Weedmaps.
- Provide front-line support for drivers who need assistance out of the field.
- Log operational issues and suggest and implement process improvements.
- Package orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customers service by phone, text and during and in person interactions.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our customers, partners and staff.
- Efficient routing, managing dispatching, and controlling inventory.
- Ensure customers' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently and communicate customer requests and/or problems to a manager when needed.
- Maintain a positive work environment conductive to trust and respect.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines.
- Perform other related work as required.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Accepting payments for delivered items.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
- Customer engagement, upselling our in-house brands
- Maintain full compliance with all Cannabis compliance laws and regulations
- Maintain highest professional and ethical standards
- Any other duties that may be assigned
- Provide front-line support for drivers who need assistance out on the field
- Ensure customers concerns/ and or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate customer requests and/or problems to manager when needed
Performance Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Personal knowledge in various cannabis products (required)
- Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events (Required).

Education / Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail, cash and customer service experience.
Typical Physical Demands
- Work may require prolonged sitting / standing, some bending, stooping and stretching.
- Requires lifting upwards to 50 pounds.
Requirements:
· Must be 21 years of age or older
· Valid California Driver’s License
· Previous Cannabis experienced required
· Strong time management and customer service skills
· Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
· Warehouse experience preferred
· Strong work ethic
· Attention to Detail

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
