Responsibilities:
- Answer and receive customer service call requests including all necessary information
- Ensuring proper documentation on orders and jobs
- Coordinate scheduling of technicians to maximize the efficiency of staff
- Verify and collect payments or terms as needed
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and challenges with empathy and efficiency
- Ability to determine the urgency of calls to prioritize scheduling
- Coordinating with customers to inform and notify the process of services (i.e. water shut off, crane access)
- Following up with customers to ensure high-quality service and value were received and seeking referrals
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Proven experience in scheduling and dispatching, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Proficiency in Service Titan is a plus!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
