The Opportunity
- Oversees the operation of multiple entities by identifying operational needs and business requirements to optimize cash management strategy.
- Ensure adequate operating cash position, which includes daily review of cash management, monitoring of fund disbursement, deposits, ACH/Wires and Line of Credit.
- Create and design cash flow report for management reporting.
- Manage relationship with financial institutions supporting company's cash management operation.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and reporting opportunities to improve Treasury process, accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Implement new bank technologies, products, and services to improve and simplify company operation.
- Responsible for forecasting operating cash and short-term investment with Accounting and Planning & Budget team.
- Enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency and to ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
- Provide advisory to cross functional business partners on various cash management related projects.
- Foster relationships across the broader finance organization.
- Review and understand health care industry trends to identify changing areas of risk.
- Maintain documentation to all processes and procedures.
- Review Vituity's investment portfolios, understanding the contract terms and obligations including investment partnership agreements.
- Review third party valuations to determine reasonableness of the assumptions.
- Provide analysis on Fair Market Valuation of Investments.
- Review and maintain the Investment Accounting function for a variety of investment types.
- Assist in preparation of the company's forecast and monitoring operating results from the investment portfolio.
- Support with the Growth team on potential investment deals.
- Monitoring market trends and investment portfolios.
- Analyzing previous investment decisions and generating key takeaways.
- Analyzing privately held securities.
- Manage Investments of Vituity's Retirement Plan and 401(k).
- Provide year-end Audit support and response to inquiries from the auditors.
- Work with accounting on business acquisitions/valuations.
- Provide guidance to the accounting team on investment impairment.
Required Experience and Competencies
- 10+ years of experience in treasury operations and Finance required.
- Bachelor's and/or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field required.
- Management experience required.
- Healthcare industry preferred.
- Accounting degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Treasury functions, banking systems, and Investment management.
- Knowledge of cash forecasting, cash management, liquidity strategy, and banking services.
- Strong presentation skills, comfort level speaking to leadership team.
- Ability to express ideas and convey information effectively in verbal and written communications.
- Ability to keep abreast of new/current laws, regulations, and common/emerging practices.
- Ability to maintain flexibility, cooperation, and participate in cross-organizational performance improvement activities.
- Ability to use office equipment and automated systems/applications/software at an acceptable level of proficiency.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by the duties of the position.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English sufficient to perform the duties of the position.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects at once.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary range for this role is $153,380 - $199,400 annually. Please speak with a recruiter for more information.
