The Director, Strategic Marketing-Partner Programs is a key member of the UCLA Health Marketing leadership team, leading the development of Strategic Marketing plans and programs and serving as the primary point of contact and relationship-builder with stakeholder departments and divisions throughout the enterprise. In tis role, you will provide critical guidance and direction for marketing strategies and plans for the UCLA Health brand and strategic growth programs regionally, nationally and internationally. In this role, you will align all marketing and communications activities toward achieving UCLA Health’s strategic priorities and position the organization as the leading academic health system regionally, nationally and internationally. You will work in close partnership with other Strategic Marketing functional leaders, as well as leadership and staff in the areas of Digital Customer Experience, Marketing Operations, Brand Strategy & Creative, Strategic Partnerships, Communications and throughout the enterprise to facilitate strategic planning, appropriate tactical implementation, resource utilization and performance measurement and optimization. Salary Range: $95,900-$222,100 Annually
* 5 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience * Knowledge of concepts, principles and methods of developing and executing marketing strategies * Experience with International marketing and business development * Experience leading enterprise brand strategy initiatives preferred * Experience with Academic Medical Centers preferred * Knowledge of presentation development, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and understandable fashion * Provide input to market research, including competitive benchmarking and audience studies used to inform decisions regarding customer targeting
