What you'll do...
Walmart Fulfillment Services is a comprehensive solution offered by Walmart to support sellers in managing their online orders and inventory. Walmart takes care of picking, packing, and shipping orders on behalf of sellers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to customers. Additionally, sellers gain access to Walmart's advanced technology and expertise, enabling them to track inventory levels, monitor order status, and manage returns seamlessly. Walmart Fulfillment Services empowers sellers to focus on their core business while Walmart handles the complexities of order fulfillment, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and driving growth.
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our WFS team as a Director of Strategic Partnerships! You will play a vital role in leading and guiding account managers as they drive growth and build strong partnerships with fast-growing, high potential sellers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the team and ensure the successful growth and development of these accounts into large-tier accounts.
What you'll do...
  • Lead and manage a large team of people managers and individual contributors.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, enabling them to achieve their goals and exceed expectations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes excellence, accountability, and a focus on growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute high-growth tactics to accelerate revenue growth and maximize the potential of mid-tier accounts.
  • Work closely with the Director of Large Tier Accounts to align expectations and establish consistent goal-setting structures for account managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts in driving account growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for account managers, ensuring the right talent is brought on board to fuel growth and meet business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring to account managers, helping them enhance their skills and capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading and managing larger teams (15 people or more).
  • Strong background in growth strategies, particularly in driving revenue growth and expanding customer accounts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving ambitious goals.
  • Demonstrated success in developing Strategic Partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  • Stock equity incentives
