Director, Sales Women's Off Price - Calvin Klein

The Director of Sales is responsible for planning, strategizing, and selling Calvin Klein Women’s Sportswear in the Off-Price Channel, to achieve sales plans and protect the profitability of the division.  Collaborate by account to identify specific opportunities to achieve PVH+ Plan & Divisional Sales Targets.  This is a cross functional role that will require collaboration with many internal departments. 

Responsibilities:

• Establish strategic partnerships with Off Price & Club accounts
• Key understanding of the Off Price & Club landscape in North America
• Find opportunity within business channel to enhance sales and profitability
• Stay current on competitive landscape and market trends; provide this feedback to merchandising teams
• Lead market appointments with accounts inclusive of communicating strategy and product to retailers
• Collaborate with merchandising and design teams to build product assortments and sku plans seasonally by account
• Cross Functional Relationships (Planning, Merchandising, Operations, Supply & Design) Ensure on-time delivery & handle order files
• Develop annual and seasonal sales goals by account to achieve financial targets and margin goals
• Provide real time business updates and trends, seasonal product assortment and delivery dates to key business partners (internal & external)
• Set course for regular store visits to key markets to identify sales growth opportunities, supervise and improve in-store execution, stay close to competitor landscape
• Assist the Vice President of Sales in the daily operation of the division: Managing Market Calendar, Maintaining Order File, Monthly Surplus/ATS, Monthly Shipspread, Top to Top Leadership Meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of related experience
• Prior experience in leading and managing a Sales team
• High level of analytical skills, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Possess high taste level
• Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility with schedule for Market Calendar and Special Projects
• Strong Math and analytical skills
• Flexibility with Schedule for Market Calendar and Special Projects
• Flexibility to Travel

Pay Range:$165,000 - $190,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
