Reporting directly into the DVP, Sales and Marketing - this individual will be responsible for managing key operational areas for the commercial team and driving revenue growth. These include managing customer service and salesforce, working with legal on the terms of conditions for distributor, GPO and IDN contracts, developing analytics that enable the commercial team to drive channel performance, developing revenue growth campaigns, and evaluate sales team performance and compensation.
What You'll Do:
- Support the field sales team on opportunity management (creation, updating, closing)
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer success functions to ensure that KPI's are met.
- Document and create knowledge repository for first-tier sales support.
- Create and Implement reporting and dashboards for the sales organization that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies.
- Maintain data integrity within customer records in Salesforce.com and other systems.
- Monitor system adoption and data compliance and governance.
- Manage customer service team to ensure that we are managing orders, responding to customers and enabling a customer-centric supply chain.
- Maintain salesforce and manage requests from leadership, distributors, sales, and marketing.
- Manage commercial contracts, including VAR contracts, GPO contracts and IDN contracts through internal and legal approvals.
- Drive data analytics from salesforce and ERP to enable campaigns, new product launches and commercial expansion.
- Leverage data to manage VAR performance including delivery to quota, $$ preschool/ hospital and discount requests.
Do You Have?...
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Sales Operations with experience in Healthcare IT preferred.
- Experience in developing reports and dashboards with Salesforce is required.
- Contract management experience is preferred.
- Experience with managing and developing teams and driving a culture of accountability.
- Strong analytical skills combined with customer-centric approach.
- Highly skilled written and verbal communicator; able to lead discussions both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills are a must.
